In 2009 ACT founded “Global Call Center” company, which is the largest and technically sound independent call center in Georgia. The call center does incoming as well as outgoing call management.
There are 30 desks in “Global Call Center” office equipped with CATI technologies. CATI – (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) is the centralized computer system designed to conduct telephone interviews. Telephone interviews conducted using this technology is effective, fast and precise. It also makes possible to automatically control quotas determined by survey sampling.
