Employee Satisfaction Survey
It is established that the satisfied employee is more productive, yet loyal employee is the best promoter and advocate of its company. On the other hand, dissatisfied employee constitutes a threat not only to the effectiveness of the company but also to its image. For this reason, regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and loyalty is very important for the company.
We assess employee satisfaction with the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. ACT researchers explore the situation from different angles and provide employer with exhaustive information as well as objective conclusions about the opinions, attitudes, preferences, motivation and satisfaction level of their employees.
Derived from the objectives of the research, sometimes we study the opinion of not only existing but also former employees. For example, when the rate of employees leaving the organization is high, it is definitely worthy to study this circumstance. Replacing a valuable employee can cost the company more than 30% of the former employee's salary. Determining the reasons for leaving can provide valuable insights on how to maintain existing employees.
