Our Story

Analysis and Consulting Team (ACT) was founded in 2002. Correct business vision, sustainable development orientation, talented and professional staff, respect of partners and clients, strong sense of responsibility and credibility are the factors which enabled ACT to establish high reputation and gain the leadership on Georgian market. In 2010 ACT expanded its geographical borders and opened branches in Baku, Azerbaijan.  

Important dates:

2002 – The company was founded;
2004 - Company became a member of ESOMAR, one of the most prestigious professional associations;
2007 – ACT became the first and  the only member in Georgia of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA);
2008 – ACT became leader on Georgian research and consulting market. In the same year, the company became the “Gold Brand” holder for the first time. ACT was granted the same reward in 2009 and 2010 years;
2009 – ACT founded  the “Global Call Center” company, which is the largest and technically well-operational independent call center in Georgia;
2009  - Company made entire rebranding;
2009 - The new ACT logo took fourth place in “WOLDA” logo ranking;
2010 - ACT and CSB elaborated joint bachelor’s marketing research program (CSB – Caucasus Business School, one of the prestigious universities in Georgia) ACT signed the memorandum with CSB. The memorandum envisages implementation of joint bachelor’s program with the specialization of marketing research during 10 years.2010 – Company opened office in Baku, Azerbaijan;
2010 – Company remains apparent leader on Georgian market with 34% market share. In addition, annual company income growth is 35.5%.
2011 –  Logo of ACT gained another prestigious success – first place on REDDOT design award, which is one of the most prominent completions in visual arts and reveals the world’s best works annually.
2012 -  ACT made another step forward in terms of launching innovative technologies  and has started using CAPI (Computer-assisted personal interviewing). ACT  is the first company in Georgia which started establishing this system.
2012 – Was signed the biggest international project in the history of ACT upon research and consulting service in Moldova.
